"Honestly, I was surprised how fast they showed up"
I ordered the cushions kind of on a whim, and no joke, they got here faster than I expected. The tracking was easy to follow the whole time, and the delivery was totally hassle-free.

"Stitching seemed a bit rushed on mine"
Mine might’ve just been a one-off, but the stitching didn’t look very clean. Some of the seams seemed uneven, and overall it kind of made the craftsmanship feel cheaper than I expected.

"First impression was good, but the color wasn’t quite what I expected"
My first impression was that they had a really solid fabric selection, almost too many options to go through. I ordered cushions and overall the quality seems good, so no complaints there. The only thing is the color looked a little different in person than it did on the website. It wasn’t totally wrong, just not exactly what I had pictured. Next time I’d probably order swatches first before committing.

I ordered these cushions using my exact measurements, and they do fit okay!!! One side is just a little off though, so it sits kind of tight in that spot. It’s not a huge deal or anything, but since they were custom made, I was expecting the fit to be a bit more exact!!!

I was a little nervous about ordering custom cushions online. I think I placed the order sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, but either way the website made it way less stressful than I expected.

The measuring instructions were easy to follow, and I liked that I could choose the fabric, size, and other options without feeling totally lost. Checkout was quick too, with no strange glitches or confusing pages popping up.

I haven’t received the cushions yet, so I can only speak to the ordering process for now. But so far, it’s been smooth, simple, and much easier than I had built it up in my head to be

The cushions are decent and they do the job, but they’re firmer than I was expecting. They’re not terrible or anything, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but they’re just not that cozy if you’re sitting for a longer stretch. A bit disappointing, but still usable.

The cushions looked really nice when they arrived, and the fit was pretty much exactly what I needed. The fabric feels decent too, not super cheap or anything. But after just a few months, the edges started looking worn, which was disappointing for the price. I also tried reaching out about it and kept getting transferred from one person to another, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. They’re still usable, but I expected them to hold up better. Not terrible, just not amazing either.
